Sa’in Zaz’zau not only a Royalist but Administrative Team Leader – Engr. Tukur Lawal, MD – NIGCOMSAT

The newly turbaned Sa’in Zaz’zau has been described not only as a royalist but an administrative icon and a team leader who believes in deligence and result oriented service delivery.

The Managing Director, Nigerian Communication Satellite Company limited (NIGCOMSAT), a leading Communication Satellite giant in Nigeria, Engineer Tukur Mohammed Lawal made the observation in an interview with Royalty Magazine during the turbaning ceremony of the new Sa’in Zazzau, Alh. Adamu Umar Idris held at the Emir’s palace in Zaria.

“I joined NIGCOMSAT about 8 months ago and Alhaji Adamu Umar Idris is one of the key staff i met. His Professionalism, his knowledge, his loyalty and ability to reach out to stakeholders of the company, is actually something I have been very pleased with.” He said

Engr. Lawal stated that going by royal pedigree of the new Sa’i, his elevation from Barade to Sa’i by the Emir of Zazzau Mallam Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli was a wise decision and highly laudable.

While congratulating him on behalf of the entire staff of the company, the Managing Director assured that the new Sa’i will surely leave up to expectations.

“We all know him for his love and utmost respect for the traditional Institution. And his loyalty to the Emir and the emirate is unquestionable. So I believe it’s a wise decision by the Emir of Zazzau.

“I believe the Emir must have taken into cognisance his previous performances and relationship among stakeholders in the emirate while serving as the Baraden Zazzau and his ability to built bridges that paved the way for positive transformation of the people and the emirate as a whole.” He stated.

The Managing Director said the new Sa’i is not only a royalist but an erudite public servant who had worked in so many places before joining the NIGCOMSAT and has been a building block in taking the company to where it is today.

Engineer Lawal noted that the new Sa’i is known for his ability to reach out to stakeholders and build good relationship on behalf of the company.

The MD pointed out that Adamu Idris is also a digital technocrat that brings sanity into the activities of the company.

“I’m not surprise that the Emir of Zazzau found him worthy of elevation from Barade to the higher position of Sa’in Zazzau. It is coming when the Emir is modernizing the entire process of traditional leadership in the emirate and I believe Adamu Idris will add value to that.

“So I congratulate him and wish him Allah’s protection and guidance as he embark on another journey of royalty for the good ọf his people and the emirate.” He prayed.
