After about a decade trial, precisely 9 years appeal court situated in the Abuja Division quashed EFCC’s submission against Alh. Sule Lamido, the Ex Governor of Jigawa State, his 2 Sons Mustapha and Aminu Lamido alongside side Alh. Aminu Wada and as well as Bamaina Nig LTD.

The ruling by the Appeal court was acertained on 25th July 2023. It was a long court tussle that began since 2015.
