Precisely on the above caption date the Emir of Katsina, Alh. Abdulmuminu Kabir Usman CFR return to Nigeria in which after a breif encounter with Mr. President in Abuja proceeded to Katsina where he was welcomed amidst jubilation and happiness.
The Emir has been away for a medical trip in London which he spent quite number of days attending to his doctors.
Malam Garba Shehu stated that the Emir met and encouraged Mr. President for all the good work he is doing.
