Emir of Katsina Installs Governor Radda’s Son and Two Others as District Heads……
The Emir of Abdulmumini Kabir Usman presided over a major turbaning ceremony in Katsina, installing three new district heads, including Muhammadu Dikko Radda, son of Governor Dikko Umaru Radda.
The event attracted prominent dignitaries such as Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, Katsina State Speaker RT. Hon Nasir Yahaya Daura, along with traditional rulers and guests from across Nigeria and Niger Republic.
During the ceremony, the Emir emphasized unity, peace, discipline, and moral values, urging leaders and citizens to promote social cohesion and support the less privileged.
