Man’niru Jafaru: Resignation from the Services of Zazzau Emirate Council

Royalty Media Services garthered on Monday, following a resignation letter submitted to Zazzau Emirate Council on 29th July 2023.

The Ex DG of Maritime during General Babangida regime between 1990 – 1993, ex district head of Hanwa during the late Emir of Zazzau Alh. Shehu Idris and ex Commissioner of Commerce in Kaduna State in 80’s, Alh. Man’niru Jafaru who is from Barebari ruling clan of Zazzau Emirate resigned his appointment as district head of Basawa, under Sabon Gari Local Government, Kaduna State.

The Ex district head was among the key contenders to the stool of Zazzau Emirate when it became vacant after the demise of Emir Shehu Idris RIP. He also came 2nd among the contenders in the screening exercise.

Reason for the resignation still remains unknown to us but we will find out.
