Jarmai’s call on the Military, misunderstood

Jarmai Zazzau, General T. Y. Danjuma’s call on the Military and other security agencies in 2018 brought about a relative peace in Taraba State Nigeria. Now in 2021, the call on the security agencies to be more professional and technical in handling security and operational affairs by the General is still effective. When Royalty Magazine gathered it’s report in June 2021, have that despite security challenges in the state, the security agencies are on top of the matter.

However the call by the General which generated alot of tension between the security agencies was supported by Aku Uka Of Wukari which stated as follows

“The paramount traditional ruler in Taraba, and the King of Kwararrafa Kingdom the Aku Uka of Wukari and Chairman, Taraba State Council of Chiefs, Dr. Shekarau Angyu Masa Ibi has called on the military to do the needful and stop the back and forth argument on the accusations leveled against them by Rtd. General T. Y Danjuma” the Monarch spoke through his media Assistant.

In the former’s statement “T. Y. Danjuma in 2018 during the convocation ceremony of the Taraba State University Jalingo accused the Armed Forces of colluding with armed bandits to kill Nigerians”

The Military media team said they did not receive any written complain or observations from the General.
